Judicial reviews
If a government or tribunal decision seems unfair or wrong, we can help you challenge it. A judicial review asks the Federal Court to look at whether an immigration decision was made fairly and legally. It is not a retrial of your case, but a check on whether the proper process was followed and the decision was reasonable. We review the decision, explain whether you have valid grounds, and if so, prepare and file the application for leave and judicial review within the time limits.
